Your Recovery
Firm + Glow has minimal downtime, making it an easy treatment to incorporate into a regular skin routine.
Immediately After
Your skin may look brighter, smoother and more hydrated. Some clients may experience mild temporary warmth or pinkness following radio frequency.
First 24 Hours
Keep the skin well hydrated and follow your recommended homecare. If your skin feels warm or sensitive, avoid excessive heat, strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and prolonged sun exposure.
Days 2–3
The skin should feel comfortable and refreshed. Continue with gentle homecare, hydration and daily SPF.
Following Days
Continue protecting and hydrating the skin. Avoid introducing strong exfoliating products or active ingredients until the skin feels completely comfortable.
Significant peeling or prolonged recovery is not generally expected following Firm + Glow.

Your Skin Therapist will assess your skin and advise if any preparation is recommended. Unlike some of our more intensive advanced treatments, extensive skin preparation is not generally required.
